A quick AV hi

Hey everyone...

Just thought that i would drop a line and say hey...

SO! what is everyone/anyone watching??? I think when i get back to OKC me and Cypher are gonna tackle some serious anime watching lol.  We checked out the live action movies for Death Note I and II. 

I must say... holy CRAP!  there is a major difference between the anime and the live action.  Granted i havent read the Manga... but i was quite shocked to see how it all turned out and all of the differences between the anime and the LA. 

I know that it has already been brought up... but has anyone else checked it out???

Come on people!!! wake up!!! lets get it goin!!!

i think i spent the entire second part confused as hell (ask Cypher). Personally i can see why they would do something like that (trying to make half an anime into two 2-hour movies... something has to go). But from what i saw... it was omg so different. I did however, really enjoy it and am currently looking forward to what the 3rd one will bring. Though if they try to go beyond that (Mello and Near) i have no idea what they are going to do... though, i wouldnt imagine them trying to do that since there is no real reason to do so...

I quite liked the Death Note movies being different, gave you something slightly altered to enjoy without completely destroying the point of the manga. Same for the anime actually; I think they did a good job on both.

I'm currently watching nothing, though. Gonna get round to Toradora! WHen it finishes downloading.
